SCMD2 is produced by Ohya lab in University of Tokyo
as an annex of the Saccharomyces Cerevisiae Morphological Database (SCMD ver. 1)
to provide the microphotographs of the yeast mutant cells and the morphological data of the images
quantified by CalMorph image processing program.
We're sorry to annouce for closing the services to search and browse the microscopic images of yeast cells at our SCMD2 website on May 31th, 2025.
All images and the morphological data ware succeded to SSBD:repositor (Kyoda et al., 2025, Nucleic Acids Res.) and have been maintained so that you can find and batch download them.
